Eligibility:

Bachelor’s degree in Public Health, Social Sciences, Development Studies, or a related field
Minimum 3 years of experience in monitoring and evaluation in public health, community development, or related sectors
Experience, working with government health systems, local governments, and community-based organizations
Experience in TB programs infectious disease programs, or community health initiatives will be an asset
Experience in with digital data collection tolls (e.g.,kobo, ODK, DHIS2) is preferred
Experience in preparing reports, dashboards, and data visualization
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data management tools
Strong skills in data collection, management, analysis, and reporting
Ability to ensure data quality, verification, and documentation
Ability develop reports and present data clearly
Ability to support and train field staff on M&E tools and systems
Good coordination and communication skills with field teams stakeholders
Fluency in English and local language
