Job Description
- Manage and achieve sales targets for pharmaceutical products within the assigned territory.
- Lead, guide, and monitor the performance of medical representatives and sales teams.
- Develop strong relationships with doctors, hospitals, chemists, and distributors.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and implement effective sales strategies.
Job Specification
- Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy, Science, or related field (MBA preferred).
- Minimum 4–6 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales with team handling experience.
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to travel within the assigned area and meet sales targets.
