Job Description
Position: Account Executive
Location: Durbarmarg, Kathmandu
Job Summary:
Strong knowledge of retail accounting
Experience with accounting software (Talley/SAP/ERP preferred)
Good Excel skills
High attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
Job Description:
Record and reconcile daily Sales (cash card, QR, Credit) with POS
Monitor returns, discounts, schemes, and customer receivables
Maintain inventory, records, including conciliation
Prepare monthly P&L, sales, inventory and aging reports
Work with POS, accounting software, and excel
Coordinate with store teams, suppliers, and auditors
Maintain proper documentation and vouchers
Qualification:
Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance or Management
2-4 years of accounting experience
(retail/electronics/FMCG/trading preferred)
