We are currently seeking candidates for BM at Butwal and Birtamode

Position: Branch Manager
Location: Butwal and Birtamode

Job Description:

Head of overall Business of Branch including Sales, Services, Spares, Admin and HR and shall be responsible for Turnover, Profitability and Customer Satisfaction
Drive branch sales for JCB machines, attachments, parts, and services to meet monthly, quarterly, and annual targets
Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, contractors, and potential clients
Ensure high standards of customer satisfaction through prompt and quality service delivery

Job Specification:

Bachelor’s Degree with minimum 8-10 years of experience in sales, service, or branch management within construction equipment, automobiles, or related industries
Proficient in MS-office: especially Excell, Power-point, Word and ERP software
Having a valid two-wheeler license
