It supplies a wide range of products including plywood, doors, laminates, modular kitchens, door locks, and other construction and interior hardware items. The company serves retailers and contractors by providing quality products, competitive pricing, and reliable supply.
Role Description
The Accounts & Operations Assistant will support both the finance and daily operational activities of the company. The role involves assisting with financial tasks, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring smooth coordination between accounts, inventory, and business operations. Key responsibilities include credit control, petty cash management, processing accounting entries, and assisting in financial reporting, along with supporting order processing, supplier coordination, and basic administrative tasks. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Hetauda.
Qualifications
Knowledge and experience in Credit Control, Petty Cash, and basic Operations Management
Strong understanding of Finance and Accounting principles
Ability to handle invoices, orders, and inventory-related documentation
Good communication skills, both written and verbal
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Proficiency in accounting software (Tally) and MS Office tools
Minimum educational qualification: +2 or equivalent. Higher education in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field is preferred
Prior experience in a similar accounts or operations role will be an advantage
