Position: Application Support Officer
Job Description
Monitor the health and performance of core applications and software systems.
Identify, analyze, and resolve software issues and ensure minimal disruption to business operations.
Provide application support to dealers, technicians, vendors, and internal teams such as CARE, OSS and billing system.
Manage support requests related to mobile apps and websites, including configuration and user-level troubleshooting
Maintain detailed logs of issues, resolutions and system health checks for documentation and analysis.
Perform QA testing for new features, modules, and updates before production deployment.
Support the implementation and rollout of software to end users, including training and documentation when required.
Job Specification:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Preferred: Minimum 1 year of experience in software testing or billing system operations.
Strong understanding of software testing processes and implementation workflows.
Ability to manage and complete assigned responsibilities within defined timelines
Skilled in preparing technical documentation and process design materials
Proficient in system diagnostics and resolving core software/system issues.
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
Effective communication and presentation skills.
Commitment to the timely execution of tasks and attention to detail.
