Job Description
Position: QR Business & Operations Senior Officer
Job Level: Senior Officer
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and onboard new retail partners to expand our QR code payment network.
Provide training and support to retail partners on using our digital wallet for transactions.
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with retail partners to drive the adoption and usage of our services.
Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns to increase customer footfall at retail partner locations.
Stay updated on industry trends and competitors’ offerings to maintain our competitive edge.
Prepare regular reports on QR code payment performance and present findings to the management team.
Transaction End-to-End Issue Resolution:
Dedicated support to user and merchant
Network Level Transaction Knowledge and Communication Skill:
Sound Knowledge of Technical Terms and Functions for a similar role
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience in sales, relationship management, and operation or a similar role.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Customer-focused with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
Proficiency in using digital wallet services and QR code technology is a plus.
Knowledge of the digital payments industry and emerging trends.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel
