Location: Candidates may be based anywhere in Nepal; preference will be given to candidates located near the project site

Experience:
5 to 30 years in civil engineering; proven track record delivering similar projects.
Qualification:
Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineer
Responsibilities:
Select and onboard a highly qualified Class A or Class B Contractor/Developer who buys the land, finances construction, builds the project.
Comprehensive Project Supervision
Skills:
Bank Financing in Commercial Real Estate
Knowledge of Commercial Real Estate Development Laws & Compliance – Strong understanding of applicable laws, rules, regulations, and approval processes related to land acquisition, construction, and commercial operations.
Civil Engineering & Project Management Skills
