Government of Gandaki Province, Office of the Chief Minister and Council of Ministers (OCMCM), Pokhara Notice for Application Call for Judicial Facilitator

The Government of Gandaki Province is calling for applications from eligible Nepali citizens to select and hire Judicial Facilitators for rural municipalities and municipalities within the province.

This notice is published for all concerned to submit their applications to this office within 21 (twenty-one) days from the date of publication of this notice. The form, job description, remuneration, and terms of service will be as per the provisions outlined in the Local Judicial Facilitator (Selection and Mobilization) Procedure, 2081. The related procedures are available at ocmcm.gandaki.gov.np.

Position: Judicial Facilitator

Number of Vacancies: 71 (Seventy-one)

Qualifications:

(a) Nepali citizen

(b) Bachelor's degree in Law

(c) At least 21 years old

(d) Not disqualified by prevailing laws

Selection Criteria:

(a) Minimum educational qualification

(b) Professional certification

(c) Mediation training

(d) Interview

Documents to be Submitted with the Application:

(a) Higher educational qualification

(b) Proof of residency

(c) Work experience in law and justice

The application must include the candidate's personal details, educational qualifications, character certificate, Nepali citizenship certificate, experience and training certificates, and certified copies of documents registered with the council or other bodies as per prevailing Nepalese law.
