- Train a cohort of 10 fellows in film making
- Film and edit 10 videos
- Carry out filming and interviews in different locations
- Ensure pre-production filming and post-production at the highest quality
Qualifications
- The very strong visual storytelling technique
- Able to produce a high quality broadcast video on tight deadlines on a variety of different issues and subject matter
- Ability to work in difficult terrains
- At least 5 years proven technical experience in filming and editing
- Has all production and post-production equipment to carry out the task
- Ability to mentor/teach young assistant staff in Nepal on a shoot
