Job Description
- Customer call handling and support
- 24/ 7 NOC Duty Rooster
- Ticket acknowledgment (Such as service request, incident, or major incident) and escalation to concerned departments.
- Provide level 1 client support via call or remotely.
- Monitoring and tracking customer service issues and reporting.
Job Specification
- At least Diploma in IT, preferably Bachelor’s degree in IT.
- Previous experience as a NOC Supervisor is preferred but not mandatory.
- At least 6 months of relevant experience (not mandatory but preferred).
- Require working in shifts to ensure 24/7 coverage.
