Scodus Innovations Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a proactive and technically skilled IT Support Officer to provide day-to-day technical support and assist in maintaining IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have foundational knowledge in networking, hardware setup, and troubleshooting, along with a willingness to learn and grow in a dynamic work environment.
Key Responsibilities
Provide basic IT support and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network-related issues
Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of computers, routers, and network devices
Set up and manage basic networking systems (LAN, routers, internet connectivity)
Prepare, install, and maintain CAT6 cables and related network wiring
Support team members in system setup and provide user guidance when needed
Communicate effectively with team members and clients to resolve technical issues
Ensure timely reporting and documentation of technical problems and solution.
Job Specification
Bachelor’s degree in IT or a related field
Basic knowledge of networking concepts and router configuration
Familiarity with CAT6 cable preparation and hardware setup
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Willingness to learn, adapt, and take initiative
Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving license (compulsory)
Preferred Qualities
Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
Ability to work both independently and in a team
Basic understanding of IT support tools and systems
