Job Description
Scodus Innovations Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a proactive and technically skilled IT Support Officer to provide day-to-day technical support and assist in maintaining IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have foundational knowledge in networking, hardware setup, and troubleshooting, along with a willingness to learn and grow in a dynamic work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide basic IT support and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network-related issues
- Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of computers, routers, and network devices
- Set up and manage basic networking systems (LAN, routers, internet connectivity)
- Prepare, install, and maintain CAT6 cables and related network wiring
- Support team members in system setup and provide user guidance when needed
- Communicate effectively with team members and clients to resolve technical issues
- Ensure timely reporting and documentation of technical problems and solution.
Job Specification
- Bachelor’s degree in IT or a related field
- Basic knowledge of networking concepts and router configuration
- Familiarity with CAT6 cable preparation and hardware setup
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to learn, adapt, and take initiative
- Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving license (compulsory)

- Ability to work both independently and in a team
- Basic understanding of IT support tools and systems
