In this role, you will ensure curriculum alignment with national education standards, foster faculty development, and oversee academic policies and educational outcomes. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement academic policies as per the Nepal Education Board (NEB) guidelines.
- Oversee faculty recruitment, training, and evaluation to ensure quality teaching.
- Ensure curriculum alignment with NEB standards and national education policies.

- Collaborate with NEB, educational institutions, and stakeholders for academic enrichment and compliance.
Job Specification
Qualifications & Skills:
- Education: Master’s degree in Education, Management, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum 5+ years in academic leadership roles, preferably within the +2 education system in Nepal.
- Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of NEB policies, curriculum planning, and faculty development.
- Soft Skills: Leadership, communication, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
