Job Description

Position Summary:
The Communication Officer will be responsible for managing the company’s social media platforms, creating engaging content, producing advertisements, and confidently representing the company on camera. The role demands creativity, digital communication skills, and a proactive presence across various media channels. The company will provide counseling and communication training to help candidates grow into the role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and update the company's social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Create engaging and brand-consistent content (text, image, and video) for marketing and promotional campaigns.
  • Plan and design digital advertisements to promote services and enhance brand visibility.
  • Represent the company in promotional videos, interviews, or public-facing campaigns—on-camera presence is a key part of the role.
  • Collaborate with internal teams for campaign ideas, content creation, and execution.
  • Monitor audience engagement and provide performance reports on communication initiatives.
  • Stay updated on trends and best practices in digital communication and content marketing.

Training & Development:

  • The company will provide counseling and communication training to support personal and professional growth in the role.
Job Specification

Experience:

  • Prior experience in social media management or digital content creation is a plus but not mandatory.
  • Freshers with creativity and camera confidence are encouraged to apply.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong knowledge of social media platforms, tools, and trends.
  • Basic design skills using tools like Canva, Photoshop, or video editing apps.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Confident and comfortable in front of the camera.
