Job Description
Workforce Management
- Create and update daily Workforce Management (WFM) data for all facilities.
- Maintain accurate WFM records for Last Mile, First Mile, Warehouse, and Sort departments.
- Troubleshoot and resolve WFM and Biotime issues promptly.
Recruitment & Hiring Support
- Update daily hiring trackers for all facilities.
- Conduct interviews for Sort, Warehouse, Tier I, Tier II hubs, and Stations.
- Coordinate with hubs and stations to fulfill hiring needs.
- Source and screen candidates via referrals and other channels.
- Follow up with referral candidates and schedule interviews.
Employee Data Management
- Verify and update employee attendance records daily.
- Collect and maintain employee documents from agencies.
- Ensure all employee data is accurate and up-to-date.
General HR Support
- Assist with day-to-day HR operations and tasks as needed.
- Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance HR efficiency.
Job Specification
- Bachelor’s degree in Management, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Basic knowledge of HR principles and practices.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy in work.
- Proficiency with laptops, MS Word, Excel, and email communication.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
- Willingness to learn, adapt, and grow in an HR role.
