Job Description
- Assist in formulating and executing business development strategies to drive growth and meet sales targets.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and analyze industry trends.
- Support in nurturing strong relationships with existing clients while actively developing new client accounts.
- Assist in managing the full sales cycle—from initial contact to closing deals—ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to create cohesive strategies and deliver innovative solutions.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking platforms to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.
- Prepare and present regular reports on business development activities, sales performance, and market insights to guide strategic decisions.
Job Specification
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
- 1–3 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in the manufacturing or ceramics sector.
- Strong understanding of market dynamics with proven negotiation and CRM (Customer Relationship Management) skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and MS Office Suite.
- Creative thinker with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Team-oriented, with strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail.
- Must own a two-wheeler and hold a valid driving license.
