Position: General Manager (Premium Job)

Job Description

• Leading and motivating the team to ensure projects are well-planned, executed, and delivered to the highest standards.
• Identifying opportunities for process improvement and implementing best practices to enhance operational efficiency.
• Acting as the face of the company, fostering partnerships and collaborations with development partners and organisations.
• Writing comprehensive reports for clients and stakeholders.
• Organizing and conducting meetings and presentations with clients and stakeholders.
• Ensuring timely completion of tasks and projects.
• Conducting regular internal meetings for effective follow-ups and coordination.
• Implementing a systematic working structure across all departments to enhance efficiency.

Job Specification

• Minimum 10 years of management experience.
• Experience working in mission-driven organization or a background in engineering is preferred but not a requirement.
• Strong leadership qualities with hands-on approach to management.
• Strategic thinker with excellent organizational skills.
