Job Description
- Customer Interaction: Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or in-person, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Issue Resolution: Handle customer complaints and issues, providing timely solutions or escalating matters to higher management when necessary.
- Product/Service Knowledge: Maintain in-depth knowledge of company products, services, policies, and procedures to effectively assist customers.

Job Specification
