Job Description
  • Client and Customer Interaction: Engage with clients and customers to address inquiries, resolve issues, and provide detailed information about the company's products and services.
  • Sales Expansion: Actively contribute to sales efforts by expanding the client base, developing relationships with new clients and customers, and promoting the company's offerings.
  • On-Site Support: Provide on-site assistance and guidance to customers who require in-person support, ensuring they have a positive experience.
  • Prompt Customer Response: Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries through various communication channels, including phone, email, and in-person interactions.
  • Communication: Maintain clear and effective communication with customers to understand their needs, clarify information, research and address issues, and offer appropriate solutions or alternatives.
  • Complaint Resolution: Acknowledge and resolve customer complaints efficiently, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Job Specification
  • Bike/Scooter and Valid Driving License: Must possess a bike or scooter with a valid driving license to enable mobility for client visits and customer interactions.
  • Market Visits: Flexible and willing to visit clients and customers in the market on a daily basis as required by the job.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with clients and customers.
  • Time Management: Ability to manage time effectively, maintain high-quality work, and meet deadlines, even under pressure.
