Job Description
- Responsible for NOC operation on shift basis.
- Responsible for monitoring & maintaining Servers, routers, Switches and Upstream NW.
- Assisting Supervisors.
- Co-ordination with transmission team.
- Configuration, troubleshooting & maintenance of BGP, MPLS, VPLS and networks and Monitoring Servers.
- Trouble Shooting and Fault Analysis for Internet ,Intranet & MPLS customers.
- Monitoring network performance, diagnosing and correcting network issues.
Job Specification
REPORTING:
- Reports to Chief Technical Officer
SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Network responsibility
- Supervision , teach , train to NOC team
- Identifying network requirements
- Performs NOC operational functions
- Coordination
Major Duties:
- Assist in establishing network system by evaluating network performance issues including availability, utilization, throughput, and latency; planning and executing the installation, configuration, and testing of equipment; (L2/L3)
- Participate in network upgrades. Assist in developing, testing, evaluating, and installing enhancements.
- Secure network by developing network access, monitoring, control, and evaluation; maintaining documentation.
- Maintain network performance by performing network monitoring and analysis, and performance tuning; troubleshooting network problems.
- Involve in router administration, including interface configuration and routing protocols.
- Ultimately, be responsible for providing support to clients as appropriate. Ensure no disruption of service and adhere to high standards of service delivery.
- Protect organization's value by keeping information confidential.

PROFILE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS:
- Technical Graduate
- Knowledge about IP Network / System

WORK EXPERIENCE:
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Network Administrator in an ISP/NSP/ Telco
- Offered Salary: A Gross Monthly salary will in 5 digits negotiable; Annual increment, if any, based on performance of staff and Company
- Preferably 2 Wheeler with Valid Driver's License.
