Job Description
- Prepare and test samples from all phases of a manufacturing or other handling process, determining the substance to meets the standards or requirements.
- Prepare documents that report the results of their lab work.
- Responsible for equipment troubleshooting and repair.
- Preserving workplace safety and safe materials handling as appropriate.
Job Specification
- Should have thorough understanding of the brewing process and related sciences.
- Must have sound knowledge of routine packaging operation and material quality checks indulging analytical tests, inspection procedures, sampling sites, quality standards and documentation.
- Should have knowledge of operating lab instruments and the ability to apply correct statistical tools for process standardization and improvement.
- Experience to perform laboratory analysis of samples collected from ETP and WTP.
- Experience in bottling hall online quality checking will be an added advantage.
