Job Description
- Deal and respond promptly and politely with each and every customers.
- Provide information to the customer about pricing and delivery information, the international holidays which effect the delivery and pickup.
- Excellent mailing correspondence, phone contact handling and active listening skills.
- Reporting to operation management and seniors about the shipment problems.
- Keep update about the international hub and international networks information.
- Provide information to the customer about the tracking details status, AWB, international holidays which effect to the delivery and pickup.
- Having work experiences in Express and Logistics Services will be given priority.
