Job Description
- This position supervises the activities of Sales Supervisors and Sales Officers in the area and reports to Regional Sales Manager.
- Execute all sales related activities and monitor the distributor performance.
- Conduct market audits, evaluate & recommend right route to market.
- Effective use of company resources to gain share of market.
- Closely monitor Distributor outstanding and manage account receivables as per the company norms.
Job Specification
- Excellent Interpersonal Skill with pleasant personality
- Sound knowledge on MS-Office, Email and Internet
- Fluent in speaking/writing English and Nepali
- Ability to work under pressure and extended hours
- Two wheelers license holder
