Job Description
- Attend the Daily Team Call
- Coordinate with the Video Editor, Social Media Manager and Client Success Manager
- Look through Client’s YouTube or podcast content and find timestamps that can be turned into Reels or TikTok videos
- Come up with Reel ideas, content ideas, and scripts for clients
- Research Client’s YouTube, podcast, blog, or books and find content ideas to post
- Create Instagram posts and stories using Canva
- Do hashtag research and find best sets of hashtags
- Write engaging and informative Instagram captions on all posts
- Quality Check the videos edited by our team for grammar error and suggest improvements
- Communicate with Clients in a professional and positive way, as needed
- Edit Videos for clients using Descript Software (we will train)
- Post Daily on Client’s Social Media (YouTube, Instagram, TikTok)
- Manage the client's YouTube channel, reply to comments, do keyword research, title research, etc.
- Analyze how client’s YouTube channel is performing and make improvements
- See what the audience is engaging and adjust content accordingly
- Anything else that may be required for the job
Job Specification
- Excellent english writer and speaker: Grammar, Punctuation, Messaging, Copywriting (background in content writing is a plus)
- Should know the basics of Canva and graphic design (or can learn quickly)
- Willing to learn any new skill that is required for the job
- Driven and passionate about content creation and being a part of a winning team
- Well versed in multiple platforms: YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc. (or willingness to learn and adapt as things change.)
- Data-driven, analytical and results-driven
- Able to use the language or style that aligns with the specific client at hand
- Creative and able to come up with ideas, adapt to how things are changing, and make suggestions for content, strategy, engagement, etc.
- She stays mostly in the house and doesn’t travel or hang out a lot
- Not looking to go abroad for at least the next 2 years
- Must have a consistent routine and schedule (not someone lazy and disorganized)
- Must have a good working laptop, a good working phone and a fast and reliable internet connection
- Must be willing to learn Video Editing eventually using Premiere Pro and After Effects
- A positive and joyful person who doesn’t complain or make excuses and gets things done
- They are able to reply quickly, meet deadlines and take responsibility for their work
- Someone who is looking to be a part of a team but can also work independently
