Job Description
We are seeking a versatile and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Reception cum Content Creator. This role combines front desk operations with digital content creation, making it ideal for someone who is organized, creative, and enjoys interacting with clients and students.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming phone calls and direct them to the appropriate departments.
- Welcome and greet visitors in a professional and courteous manner.
- Provide accurate information to clients, students, and visitors.
- Manage appointments, meetings, and front desk coordination.
- Perform administrative support tasks including documentation and record-keeping.
- Communicate effectively with clients and maintain strong relationships.
- Guide and counsel students regarding services, processes, and opportunities.
- Assist with application processing and provide end-to-end support.
- Work towards achieving assigned sales targets and contribute to business growth.
- Create engaging content for social media platforms.
- Plan and schedule content in alignment with marketing strategies.
- Manage social media accounts and ensure consistent brand presence.
- Contribute creative ideas for branding, campaigns, and audience engagement.
