Job Description
Wash Tech Nepal is looking for a motivated and tech-minded individual to support clients in operating software, performing basic troubleshooting, and handling general technical support tasks. The role requires someone who is eager to learn, communicates well, and works effectively under supervision.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist clients with software usage and basic system operations.
Perform initial troubleshooting for software or technical issues.
Coordinate with the team for escalated technical matters.
Maintain records of client queries, issues, and resolutions.
Provide customer support via phone, messages, or onsite visits when required.
Ensure timely follow-up and maintain customer satisfaction.
Job Specification
Must be in the final year of Bachelor’s degree (any faculty; technical background preferred).
Basic understanding of computer software, systems, and troubleshooting.
Good communication skills and the ability to handle customers professionally.
Quick learner with the ability to work in a team environment.
Responsible, punctual, and able to work under supervision.
