Job Description
The Receptionist cum Video Presenter will be responsible for managing front desk operations while also representing the company through video presentations, promotional content, and social media appearances. The role requires excellent communication skills, a presentable personality, confidence in front of the camera, and the ability to handle administrative responsibilities efficiently.
Reception & Administrative Duties
- Welcome and assist visitors, clients, and guests in a professional and courteous manner.
- Handle incoming phone calls, emails, and inquiries, and direct them to the appropriate departments.
- Maintain the front desk area to ensure it remains organized and presentable.
- Schedule appointments, meetings, and maintain calendars as required.
- Manage courier services, incoming/outgoing documents, and visitor records.
- Provide administrative and clerical support to different departments when necessary.
- Maintain confidentiality of company and client information.
Video Presentation & Media Duties
- Present company promotional videos, product showcases, and social media content.
- Act as the face/voice of the company for digital marketing and branding activities.
- Coordinate with the marketing team to create engaging video content and campaigns.
- Deliver scripts confidently and professionally for promotional and informational videos.
- Participate in social media shoots, and brand-related events when required.
- Assist in developing creative ideas for video content and audience engagement.
- Ensure professional appearance and communication while representing the company publicly.
Job Specification
- Minimum +2 / Bachelor’s running preferred in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Prior experience in receptionist, customer service, hosting, or content creation roles will be an advantage.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Nepali and English.
- Confident personality with strong presentation and public speaking skills.
- Comfortable appearing in front of the camera and engaging with audiences.
- Basic knowledge of social media platforms and digital content trends.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
