Job Description
The Marketing & Sales Executive will support ATL/BTL marketing campaigns, digital promotions, and brand communication for the Good Brick System. The role includes coordinating with agencies, organizing events, gathering market insights, and tracking campaign performance. The candidate will also engage with potential clients, accompany site visits, assist in product sales, and help achieve company sales targets. Strong communication, digital marketing skills, and experience in marketing and sales are required.
Job Description
- Support the planning and execution of ATL/BTL campaigns to promote the Good Brick System across Nepal.
- Ensure consistent brand messaging and compliance with global guidelines in all marketing materials.
- Assist in managing social media, campaigns, and influencer collaborations to boost digital presence.
- Gather market intelligence, competitor data, and consumer insights to support strategic decisions.
- Help organize corporate events and marketing events.
- Work closely with advertising, media, and creative agencies to develop and deliver campaigns on time.
- Monitor and report on campaign performance, ensuring deadlines and objectives are met.
- Provide information to potential clients through direct communication in face-to-face meetings, telephone calls and emails.
- Accompany potential buyers during visits to project sites.
- Assist company manufacturer in the sales of products and preparation of progress report to the head of marketing.
- Achieve company-wide targeted sales objectives and sales targets in line with the company goals.
Job Specification
- Bachelor's degree in marketing and 3 years of experience in Marketing and Sales.
- Excellent understanding of marketing tools, digital marketing channels and Conference handling.
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Google Drive.
- Excellent communication skills in Nepali and English.
- Ability to think creatively and innovatively.
- Strong Negotiation skills.
- Experience in laminates, paint, plywood, furnishing, construction etc. industry is an added advantage.
