Store Sales Representatives

Himalayan Traders and Export is looking for a friendly, confident, and customer-oriented Store Sales Executive to handle sales and customer service at our store. The ideal candidate should be comfortable interacting with domestic and international tourists, have good English communication skills, and be able to confidently explain products and assist customers with their purchases.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist customers, particularly international tourists, in a friendly and professional manner.
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products.
• Explain product features, quality, usage, and pricing clearly.
• Handle sales transactions and maintain accurate sales records.
• Build positive relationships with customers and provide excellent customer service.
• Communicate confidently with customers in English and respond to their queries.
• Maintain attractive product displays and ensure the store is clean and organized.
• Monitor product availability and coordinate for stock replenishment.
• Handle customer feedback and resolve basic customer concerns professionally.
• Support daily store operations and achieve assigned sales targets.

• +2 or Bachelor’s degree in Management, Business, Hospitality, or a related field.
• Previous experience in retail sales, store sales, hospitality, or customer service is preferred.
• Good spoken and written English communication skills.
• Confident and comfortable dealing with international tourists.
• Friendly, presentable, and customer-focused personality.
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Basic computer and billing/POS knowledge will be an advantage.
• Willingness to work in a customer-facing retail environment.

Preferred Candidate

Candidates with prior experience dealing with tourists, international customers, retail products, handicrafts, souvenirs, or export-related products will be highly preferred.
