Job Description

We are seeking a creative, strategic, and digitally savvy Content & social media Officer to lead the digital presence of all brands under UHS Holdings. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, creating, and managing engaging content across all major platforms including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Threads, and X (Twitter) while aligning campaigns with business goals and driving measurable engagement.
This role will work closely with the Sales and Operations teams to ensure that the content calendar and digital strategy support company-wide objectives, product launches, campaigns, and seasonal promotions
Content Creation & Video Production:
- Plan and create engaging content formats: static posts, carousels, videos, reels, stories, and live sessions.
- Shoot, edit, and produce original content, especially short-form video (reels, TikToks).
- Write impactful and brand-aligned captions, scripts, and creative copy.
- Maintain a structured content calendar across all brand platforms.
Social Media Management & Engagement:
- Manage day-to-day operations of official pages on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Threads, and X.
- Respond to comments, direct messages, and queries promptly.
- Stay informed on industry trends, viral challenges, and competitor strategies.
- Collaborate with influencers, creators, and brand advocates to enhance reach and community engagement.
Marketing Campaigns & Paid Advertising:
- Design and execute paid ad campaigns through Meta Business Suite, TikTok Ads, and Google Ads.
- Define and target relevant audience groups to maximize ad performance.
- Align digital marketing efforts with product promotions and sales goals.
Performance Tracking & Analytics:
- Monitor, analyze, and report social media performance using tools like Meta Insights, Google Analytics, TikTok Business Suite, etc.
- Track metrics such as engagement, reach, impressions, and conversions.
- Provide monthly reporting and insights for strategic improvements.
Coordination & Brand Representation:
- Liaise with Sales and Operations to gather campaign insights and upcoming initiatives.
- Capture and share real-time content during company events, showroom activities, and brand launches.
- Ensure consistent tone, messaging, and visual identity across all brands and platforms
Job Specification
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field.
- Must have Bike/Scooter and Valid license.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in content creation, social media management, and video production.
- Proficiency in editing tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Cap Cut, Final Cut Pro).
- Familiarity with tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer, Canva, Meta Business Suite.
- Strong storytelling and copywriting ability for social-first platforms.
- Organized, self-motivated, and deadline-oriented.
- A good eye for aesthetics, trends, and digital design.
- Basic understanding of brand marketing and product-based promotions.
- Prior experience in retail, wholesale, or import/export industry is a plus
