Job Description
UHS Holdings is looking for a creative, detail-oriented, and deadline-driven Graphics Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and delivering high-impact visuals for our multi-brand portfolio, which includes industry-leading names like Faber, Hafele, Zero B, and more. This is a full-time in-office position requiring coordination across departments to maintain visual consistency, meet marketing goals, and enhance brand identity.
- Design and develop creative content for social media platforms, including static posts, reels, infographics, campaign visuals, and festive creatives.
- Collaborate with the Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams to understand content needs and align design work with ongoing campaigns, offers, and branding strategies.
- Execute visual assets for product launches, brand promotions, events, and seasonal campaigns.
- Follow and maintain brand guidelines for all brands under UHS Holdings.
- Maintain a structured workflow with timelines and deliverables, as per the content calendar.
- Coordinate closely with the Social Media Manager to ensure timely and relevant content publishing.
- Support UI/UX requirements for web and digital media (preferred, not mandatory).
- Revise and iterate designs based on feedback from reporting heads.
Job Specification
- Reporting To:Sales Director / HR & Operations Department
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in graphic design or visual communication
- Education: Bachelors in Design, Fine Arts, Multimedia, or related field (preferred)
- Must have: Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign
- Advantageous: Premiere Pro, After Effects, Canva, CorelDraw, Figma or UI/UX tools
- Strong understanding of design trends, visual hierarchy, typography, and branding
- Creative thinking with attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Strong coordination and communication skills
- Highly organized and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Willingness to work in an in-office, collaborative environment
- Ability to take direction and feedback constructively
