Job Description

Job Summary:

The Banquet Supervisor is responsible for supervising banquet operations, ensuring excellent guest service, coordinating event setups, and managing banquet staff during events and functions. The role requires strong communication, leadership, and customer service skills to ensure smooth event execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise banquet operations during events, meetings, weddings, and functions

  • Coordinate with kitchen and service teams to ensure timely food and beverage service

  • Ensure proper banquet hall setup as per event requirements

  • Monitor cleanliness, presentation, and service standards

  • Handle guest inquiries and resolve complaints professionally

  • Assist in staff scheduling, briefing, and task allocation

  • Ensure all banquet equipment and materials are properly maintained

  • Maintain inventory and report any shortages or damages

  • Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and hospitality standards

  • Support management in achieving customer satisfaction goals

Experience

  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in banquet or hospitality operations
