Job Description
We are seeking a creative, detail-oriented, and highly motivated Content Creator & Graphic Designer who can manage a wide range of digital tasks. The ideal candidate will be capable of working under pressure, handling multiple assignments, and developing engaging content aligned with our brand identity.
Key Responsibilities
Content Creation
- Develop high-quality written and visual content for websites, blogs, itineraries, and travel articles.
- Create engaging social media posts, reels, and video content for platforms like Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
- Assist in storytelling and building brand presence through creative travel-related content.
- Write compelling captions, newsletters, and promotional materials.
Graphic Designing
- Design visually appealing graphics, banners, posters, brochures, and social media creatives.
- Maintain consistent brand identity across all platforms and marketing materials.
- Edit travel photos and videos to enhance visual appeal.
- Work closely with the marketing team for campaign designs and visual concepts.
Digital Marketing Support
- Assist in planning and executing digital marketing strategies and social media campaigns.
- Coordinate posting schedules, monitor engagement, and implement growth tactics.
- Basic knowledge of SEO, keyword usage, and content optimization.
- Support with email marketing, ads creatives, and promotional materials.
General Responsibilities
- Handle multiple tasks simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- Work efficiently under pressure during peak seasons or campaign launches.
- Collaborate with the marketing and operations team to produce timely content.
- Keep updated with travel trends, tourism insights, and digital marketing trends.
Job Specification
- Proven experience as a Content Creator, Graphic Designer, or similar role.
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, Canva, and related tools.
- Strong writing and communication skills (English preferred).
- Knowledge of digital marketing, social media management, and content strategy.
- Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and meet strict deadlines.
- Creativity, attention to detail, and passion for travel & trekking industry.
- Photography or videography skills (preferred but not mandatory).
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience in travel, trekking, hospitality, or tourism sector.
- Understanding of trekking routes, travel content formats, and tourism marketing.
- Ability to generate innovative ideas for storytelling and brand awareness.
