Job Description
- Prepare and maintain financial records, including journal entries, general ledger entries, and bank reconciliations.
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements, reports, and budgets.
- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions, including invoice processing, payment collections, and vendor management.
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes, including accruals and reconciliations.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
- Assist with payroll processing and employee expense reimbursements.
Job Specification
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting or a related role.
- Solid understanding of accounting principles and practices.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Tally software.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
