1. Senior Manager
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic leadership in cooperative operations, planning, and execution.
Develop and implement effective business strategies and programs.
Ensure compliance with rules, regulations, and internal policies.
Oversee the performance of departments and staff.
Prepare progress reports and present them to the board.
Promote growth, client satisfaction, and overall organizational improvement.
2. Loan Incharge
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and supervise the overall loan process and loan team.
Evaluate creditworthiness and analyze financial documents of applicants.
Ensure timely collection and proper documentation of loans.
Prepare daily/weekly/monthly loan reports.
Maintain compliance with cooperative lending regulations.
Work closely with field staff and reporting to the manager.

Required Skills for Senior Manager:
Strong communication and leadership skills.
Deep knowledge of cooperative laws, loan management, and operational policies.
Proficiency in office software and cooperative management tools.
Analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving ability.
Required Skills for Loan Incharge:
Strong understanding of credit analysis and risk assessment.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Sound knowledge of cooperative loan systems and documentation.
Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
