Role Overview

As a Digital Marketing Officer, you are the engine of our digital operations. You will drive daily execution for our clientele, acting as the bridge between the Head of Department’s strategy and tangible results. This is a high-impact role requiring a mix of technical execution, client management, and operational leadership.

Key Responsibilities

Operational Execution: Drive day-to-day digital marketing activities, ensuring the Head of Department’s vision and strategies are executed with precision.
Creative Collaboration: Act as the bridge to the Creative Department; provide design references, draft compelling copy, and guide design execution to ensure all assets align with campaign goals and brand standards.
Paid & Social Media: Manage and optimize campaigns across Google (PMax, Search, YT), Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, and Reddit. Maintain strict channel hygiene, budget pacing, and tracking.
Client Communication & Reporting: Act as a primary point of contact for clients. Deliver weekly/monthly performance reports that translate complex data into clear, strategic insights.
Conversion Optimization: Own the testing roadmap for creatives and landing pages using tools like Optibase, VWO, and Hotjar to improve CPA and conversion metrics.
AI Integration: Pilot AI tools to streamline audience research, copy iteration, and QA to increase operational speed.
Data Integrity: Partner with Dev teams to manage pixels, data feeds, and tracking parameters to ensure reliable reporting.
