Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to lead our efforts in acquiring new clients and expanding our software outsourcing services. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in international sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to pitch IT/software services effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, prospect, and generate new business opportunities in international markets (US, Europe, Asia, etc.).
- Develop and execute strategies to pitch software development, IT consulting, and outsourcing services to potential clients.
- Build strong relationships with CXOs, decision-makers, and tech leads of target companies.
- Create and deliver tailored presentations, proposals, and pricing models.
- Collaborate with the pre-sales and technical team to design solutions based on client needs.
- Manage the full sales cycle – from lead generation to contract signing and client onboarding.
- Track market trends, competitor activities, and client needs to refine business strategies.
- Achieve monthly/quarterly revenue and client acquisition targets.
- Represent the company in networking events, online platforms (LinkedIn, Upwork, Clutch, etc.), and industry meetups.

Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field (MBA preferred).
- Minimum 3–5 years of proven experience in IT/software outsourcing sales, business development, or account management.
- Strong understanding of software outsourcing models (Fixed Price, Time & Material, Dedicated Team, Staff Augmentation).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in English.
- Experience using CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, etc.) for sales pipeline management.
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.
Preferred
- Existing client connections in IT/software outsourcing industry.
- Prior experience selling to international markets.
- Knowledge of project management tools (Jira, Trello, Asana).
