Job Description
- Respond to phone inquiries about the services we provide and open positions.
- Make and keep positive customer connections.
- Excel skills are required.
- Daily, weekly, and monthly reports are required.
- Taking care of consumer inquiries and complaints.
- Ensure that all client issues are dealt with in a timely and accurate manner.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Job Specification
- A bachelor's degree is required.
- Excellent communication skills in Hindi, English, and Nepali.
- A year of experience is required.
- To complete critical activities within project or task deadlines, individuals must be highly organized and excellent time managers.
- Excellent communication and writing abilities (Hindi, English, Nepali, and Maithili).
- The ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
