Job Description
  • The Recruitment Coordinator assists with hiring by scheduling interviews, managing candidate communications, and maintaining recruitment records.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills are essential.
  • Schedule and confirm interviews, arrange travel for candidates, and prepare interview rooms.
  • Act as the point of contact for candidates, provide updates and assist with onboarding.
  • Maintain applicant tracking system (ATS) records, post job ads, and prepare offer letters.
  • Work with recruiters and hiring managers to ensure a smooth recruitment process.

Working Shift: 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM, Nepali Time

Job Specification
  • A High school diploma is required; a Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
  • Recruitment or HR administration experience and familiarity with ATS and recruitment sofare are preferred.
  • Strong organisational, communication, and multitasking abilities; proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to handle confidential information.
