Job Description
- The Call Center Executive handles customer inquiries, resolves issues, and provides information about products and services.
- This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to efficiently manage a high volume of calls.
- Customer Interaction: Answer incoming calls, respond to inquiries, and handle complaints.
- Identify customer needs and resolve issues.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products and services.
- Record customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Work with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Note:
Working Shift: 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM, Nepali Time.
Job Specification
- A high school diploma or equivalent and a bachelor's degree are a plus.
- Customer support or call center experience preferred.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving abilities, and computer proficiency.
- Patience, empathy, and reliability; ability to work flexible hours
