Job Summary
TGL Nepal Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a polite, organized, and professional Front Desk Officer to manage front desk operations and support daily administrative activities. The role requires excellent communication skills and a customer-friendly attitude to ensure smooth coordination between visitors, clients, and internal staff.
Key Responsibilities
Handle front desk operations and manage visitor reception and coordination
Attend incoming phone calls and respond to emails professionally
Manage basic office communication and correspondence
Provide administrative support to management and office staff
Maintain professional communication with clients, visitors, and employees
Ensure the front desk area remains organized and presentable
Assist in daily office activities as required
Job Specification
Minimum Qualifications & Skills
Fluent in verbal and written communication
Strong interpersonal, coordination, and customer-handling skills
Management students are highly preferred
Basic computer knowledge, including MS Office and email handling
Pleasant personality with a professional attitude
Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a front desk environment
Other Requirements
Good organizational and time-management skills
Friendly, confident, and service-oriented mindset
Ability to work independently as well as in a team
