Job Description
TechVerse Hive Pvt. Ltd. is hiring experienced and detail-focused File Managers / Supervisors to oversee, review, and manage the completion of multi-disciplinary academic and technical projects. This role bridges communication between project managers and production team members (writers, researchers, developers).
- Review submitted projects (e.g., reports, theses, research papers, coding projects) in fields such as Finance, Business, Nursing, and IT.
- Ensure each file meets the task’s specific requirements before approval.
- Return incomplete or unsatisfactory files to the production team with clear instructions.
- Explain tasks clearly to writers before assignment and resolve any confusion.
- Coordinate closely with project managers and Sales executive to understand task scope, goals, and delivery timelines.
- Assign tasks effectively to the right members of the production team based on expertise.
- Conduct regular meetings and training sessions to improve team productivity and performance.
- Oversee project timelines, manage workloads, and ensure delivery under deadlines
Job Specification
- Minimum 1 year of experience in file supervision, content review, or project coordination (mandatory).
- Strong subject knowledge in Finance, Business, and Nursing with basic understanding of IT and coding concepts.
- Proficiency in tools like MS Word, Excel (including calculations), PowerPoint, Canva, coding / programming and online research.
- Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).
- Strong ability to understand file instructions and quality check deliverables.
- Good team management, task delegation, and time management under pressure.
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Additional Information:
- Training will be provided during the initial phase
- Performance appraisal after 6 months based on work quality and efficiency.
- Work beyond 8 hours will be compensated as extra hours.
- Laptop or Computer Should be personal
- A reliable electricity supply and stable internet connection are required during working hours.
- Fixed work schedule: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM (Sunday to Friday).
- After Shortlisted First 7 Day's would be trial than the position will be confirmed
