Job Description

Shivo Kitchencraft Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a detail-oriented and responsible Accountant to manage daily accounting operations, maintain accurate financial records, and ensure compliance with applicable tax regulations in Nepal.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain daily financial records, including sales, purchases, expenses, and cash transactions.
Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, customer payments, and supplier settlements.
Prepare invoices, payment vouchers, bank reconciliations, and monthly financial reports.
Maintain VAT records, tax documentation, and ensure timely tax filings in accordance with Nepalese tax regulations.
Monitor inventory and stock records in coordination with the sales, purchase, and warehouse teams.
Assist in preparing financial statements, budgets, and other accounting reports for management.
Ensure the accuracy of financial transactions and maintain proper accounting documentation.
Support internal and external audits and assist with other accounting-related tasks as required.

Job Specification

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Relevant experience in accounting is preferred.
Knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, VAT, and Nepalese financial regulations.
Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.
Strong numerical, analytical, and organizational skills.
High attention to detail, integrity, and the ability to maintain financial confidentiality.
