Job Description

Taple Industries is seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Manager (BDM) to drive business growth, expand market presence, and build strong client relationships. The ideal candidate will have solid industry experience, strong personality traits, and excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Key Responsibilities

Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to achieve sales targets
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients
Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and growth opportunities
Prepare and present business proposals, presentations, and reports
Negotiate contracts and close deals in alignment with company objectives
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of business plans
Represent the company professionally in meetings, events, and client interactions.

Job Specification

Bachelor’s degree completed (Business, Marketing, Management, or related field preferred)
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in business development, sales, or a similar role
Strong personality with confident communication and presentation skills
Proven ability to generate leads and close business deals
Excellent negotiation, interpersonal, and relationship management skills
Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently
