Sales Officer

We are seeking motivated and customer-oriented Sales Officers to join our automotive sales team. The ideal candidates will be responsible for promoting and selling passenger cars, commercial buses, and vans by understanding customer requirements, providing suitable vehicle recommendations, and building strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify potential customers and generate new sales leads through various channels.
• Promote and sell passenger cars, commercial buses, and vans based on customer requirements.
• Explain vehicle specifications, features, performance, pricing, and financing options to customers.
• Conduct product presentations, vehicle demonstrations, and test drives.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
• Follow up with customers throughout the sales process and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
• Maintain accurate records of customer inquiries, sales activities, and transactions.
• Coordinate with the sales, finance, and after-sales teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
• Prior experience in automotive sales or a related sales field is preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Good knowledge of vehicle specifications and automotive products, or willingness to learn.
• Customer-focused attitude with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
• Target-oriented, proactive, and self-motivated.
• A valid driving license and driving experience will be an advantage.
