Job Description
The HR Officer will be responsible for supporting the overall HR functions of SY Panel, including recruitment, employee relations, attendance management, performance tracking, and HR documentation. The role requires a proactive individual with strong communication and organizational skills who can maintain a positive and efficient workplace environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the recruitment and selection process (job posting, screening, interviews, onboarding).
- Maintain and update employee records, personal files, and HR databases.
- Handle attendance, leave management, and payroll support.
- Ensure compliance with company HR policies and labor laws.
- Support performance appraisal and employee development initiatives.
- Coordinate training, workshops, and employee engagement activities.
- Address employee queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Prepare HR reports and documentation as required by management.
- Support administrative and HR-related operational tasks.
Job Specification
- Bachelor’s degree in Management, Human Resource Management, or a related field.
- 2–3 years of experience in HR or related roles.
- Strong understanding of HR policies, procedures, and local labor regulations.
- Good communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- High level of integrity, confidentiality, and attention to detail.
