Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and ambitious Recruitment Executive to join our growing team. In this role, you will work closely with our Recruitment Consultants to connect with top Australian employers and source high-quality candidates. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong drive, excellent communication skills, and the hunger to succeed in a fast-paced recruitment environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify potential employers through job advertisements, networking, and company research.
- Make 80 outbound calls daily and engage in at least 20 meaningful conversations with HR Managers, CEOs, and Hiring Managers.
- Generate new employer leads and introduce our recruitment solutions.
- Post job advertisements, run email campaigns, and source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and professional networks.
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for future recruitment needs.
- Keep our CRM updated with accurate and timely information.
Job Specification
- Exceptional telephone communication skills with the ability to confidently engage decision-makers.
- Highly motivated, resilient, and target-driven individual.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Previous experience in recruitment, sales, or telemarketing is desirable (but not mandatory).
- Positive attitude and a go-getter mindset with the ability to thrive under pressure.
