Job Description
We are looking for an experienced HR Recruiter to support our growing iGaming operations. This role focuses on hiring high-quality talent across multiple functions, including Customer Support, Marketing, Risk & Fraud, Product, Tech, and Operations. The ideal candidate understands the urgency, confidentiality, and compliance requirements of the iGaming industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for iGaming roles (CSR, KYC, Risk, Marketing, Tech, Ops, Management)
- Work closely with department heads to understand hiring needs and timelines
- Source candidates via job portals, LinkedIn, Telegram, referrals, and industry networks
- Screen resumes and conduct interviews (phone/video)
- Coordinate interviews and feedback between candidates and hiring managers
- Ensure a smooth onboarding process in coordination with HR and Operations teams
- Maintain recruitment trackers and ATS systems
- Support high-volume and urgent hiring demands
- Maintain strict confidentiality and data protection standards
- Ensure hiring processes comply with local labor laws and company policies
Job Specification
- Proven experience as an HR Recruiter or Talent Acquisition Specialist
- Prior experience in iGaming, gaming, betting, or online entertainment is a strong advantage
- Familiarity with hiring multilingual and regional candidates
- Experience with mass hiring for Customer Support and Operations roles
- Strong sourcing skills and network in iGaming talent pools
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
