Job Description
- Source and recruit for customer service, digital marketing, legal, finance, and admin roles across Southeast Asia
- Post and maintain job ads on Kumari Job, LinkedIn, Facebook groups, etc.
- Actively search and screen resumes (target: 30–50 quality profiles per day)
- Conduct initial screening calls via Line / Telegram / phone
- Schedule interviews with hiring managers
- Track recruitment pipeline and update Google Sheets reports
- Assist with salary negotiation and offer letter issuance
- Maintain candidate database and talent pool
Job Specification
- Minimum 1 year of recruitment experience (customer service or digital marketing background is a big plus)
- Fluent in English; Mandarin is a strong advantage (not mandatory)
- Proficient in Google Sheets / Excel (basic formulas are enough)
- Stable internet and quiet environment for calls
- Self-motivated and able to work independently with clear KPIs
