Job Description

We are looking for a qualified and experienced IELTS Instructor to train students for the IELTS examination. The ideal candidate should have excellent command of the English language, a strong understanding of the IELTS exam pattern, and the ability to guide students effectively in achieving high scores.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct IELTS classes (Academic and General Training) for Reading, Writing, Listening, and Speaking modules.
Prepare and deliver lectures, practice materials, and mock tests.
Provide individual attention and feedback to students based on their performance.
Develop curriculum and lesson plans tailored to various skill levels.
Monitor student progress and suggest strategies for improvement.
Stay updated with changes in the IELTS exam pattern and requirements.
Maintain records of student attendance and academic performance.
Conduct regular assessments and share performance feedback with students.
Support students with test booking and registration if needed.

Job Specification

Bachelor’s degree in English, Education, or any relevant field.
Minimum 1 year of experience teaching IELTS or other English proficiency tests (preferred).
Excellent command over spoken and written English.
Familiarity with the IELTS exam pattern and scoring system.
Strong presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to motivate and guide students toward their target band scores.

Preferred Skills:

Certified IELTS Trainer (British Council / IDP / TESOL / CELTA certification is a plus).
Experience with online teaching tools and digital resources.
Knowledge of other English proficiency exams like TOEFL or PTE is an advantage.
Patience and passion for teaching.
